Pharmacological action

PEPSAN-R - antisecretory, carminative, anti-inflammatory.

Pharmacodynamics

It has an anti-inflammatory effect, reduces the secretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach, and reduces gas formation in the intestines.

Guaiazulen has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect, weakens allergic reactions, enhances regenerative processes, has an antioxidant effect. Due to the inhibitory effect on the release of histamine from mast cells, cells of the gastric mucosa, inhibits acid secretion.

Dimethicone is a hydrophobic polymer substance with a low surface tension that reduces gassing in the intestine and covers the walls of the digestive canal with a protective film.

Indications

Composition

Active ingredients:

dimethicone 300 mg

guaiazulene 4 mg

Excipients: gelatin glycerol sorbitol 70% non-crystallizable proprietary blue V titanium dioxide purified water.

Dosage and administration

Assign 1 capsule or sachet 2-3 times a day before meals or when pain occurs. The course of treatment is determined individually.

In preparation for studies of the abdominal organs, 1 capsule or sachet is prescribed 2-3 times a day on the eve of the study and 1 capsule or sachet in the morning on the day of the study.
