Pharmacological action

Reamberin - IV generation infusion drug for intensive care and resuscitation. A balanced isotonic detoxifying succinic acid infusion solution. It has no analogues in the world.

has antihypoxic and antioxidant effects,

stabilizes metabolic processes in the body,

activates the enzymatic processes of the Krebs cycle,

promotes the utilization of fatty acids and glucose by cells,

normalizes the acid-base balance and gas composition of the blood,

promotes the elimination of bile products metabolism,

has a moderate diuretic effect.

Indications

As an antihypoxic and detoxifying agent for acute endogenous and exogenous intoxications of various etiologies in adults and children older than 1 year.

Contraindications

severe impaired renal function,

hypersensitivity to the drug.

With caution, the drug should be used for alkalosis.

Dosage and administration

For adults, Reamberin is administered intravenously at a rate of not more than 90 drops / min (1-4.5 ml / min) in a volume of 400-800 ml / day.

The rate of administration of the drug and the dosage are determined in accordance with the severity of the patient's disease.

For children over the age of 1 year, Reamberin® is administered iv in a dose of 6-10 ml / kg body weight 1 time / day at a rate of 3-4 ml / min. The daily dose of the drug should not exceed 400 ml.

Duration of drug administration should not exceed 11 days.

Side effects

With the rapid introduction of the drug, short-term reactions in the form of a feeling of heat and redness of the upper body are possible.
