Тобрамицин достигаРт систРмного кровотока в очРнь низких концРнтрациях. При мРстном примРнРнии систРмная абсорбция дРксамРтазона - низкая. ПослРзакап вания в глаз, хорошо проникаРт в эпитРлий роговиц и конъюнктиву, водянистую влагу глаза.Максимальная активность достигаРтся в тРчРниР10-20 мин послРпримРнРния прРпарата.

РаспрРдРлРния прРпарата наблюдалось в плазмРкрови, жРлчи, пРчРни, почках и почРчной экскрРции послР30 мин с момРнта приРма.

Indications

Contraindications

viral diseases of the eyes (including keratitis caused by Herpes simplex, chickenpox)

mycobacterial infections of the eyes

fungal diseases of the eyes

children and adolescents under 18 years old

condition after removal of a foreign body from the cornea

hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

There is no sufficient experience with the use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding).

The use of DexTobropt during pregnancy is possible only if the expected effect of therapy for the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.

Breastfeeding should be discontinued during treatment.

Composition

Eye drops in the form of a suspension of white or almost white color, the presence of a precipitate is possible, which quickly dissipates with slight agitation.

tobramycin 3 mg

Excipients: tyloxapol - 0.5 mg, hypromellose (HPMC 4000 cP) - 5 mg, sodium sulfate - 12 mg, sodium chloride - 3.3 mg, disodium edetate benzide dihydrate - 0.1 mg, 0.1 mg, sodium hydroxide 1M solution or sulfuric acid 1M solution - up to pH 5.0-6.0, purified water - up to 1 ml.

Dosage and administration

Apply topically.

Instill 1-2 drops in the conjunctival sac of the affected eye (or eyes) every 4-6 hours.

After cataract surgery, the dose can be increased to 1-2 drops every 2 hours, within 24 hours. The frequency of use of the drug should be gradually reduced with improvement of clinical signs.

In elderly patients, a dose reduction is not required.

Before use, the vial should be shaken.

The bottle must be closed after each use. Do not touch the tip of the pipette to the eye to maintain sterility of the solution.

Side effects

Local allergic reactions: swelling, itching of the eyelids, conjunctival hyperemia.

From the side of the organ of vision: increased intraocular pressure (with prolonged use). With constant use, for more than 3 months, the development of corneal mycoses is possible. Perhaps a slowdown in the regeneration processes, the development of posterior subcapsular cataract, secondary infection.

Systemic reactions: headache, increased blood pressure.

Drug Interaction

Drug Interaction DexTobropt has not been established.

When used with other topical ophthalmic drugs, the interval between their use should be at least 5 min.

Storage conditions

Store the product out of the reach of children, dry, protected from light at a temperature not exceeding 25 РC

Shelf life

3 years. After opening the bottle should be used within 4 weeks.
