Pharmacological action of

Derinat has a modulating effect on the cellular, humoral parts of the immune system and nonspecific resistance of the body, which leads to the optimization of the inflammatory response and the specific immune response to bacterial, viral and fungal antigens. With pronounced lymphotropy, Derinat stimulates the drainage and detoxification function of the lymphatic system, primarily in the focus of the inflammatory reaction. The drug activates antiviral, antifungal and antimicrobial immunity, stimulates reparative and regenerative processes, has an anti-inflammatory effect, normalizes the condition of tissues and organs with dystrophy of vascular origin.

Indications

Therapy of radiation injuries stimulation of hematopoiesis myelodepression and resistance to cytostatics in cancer patients, developed on the background of cytostatic and / or radiation therapy (stabilization of hematopoiesis, reduction of cardiac and myelotoxicity of chemotherapy drugs) cytostatic therapy induced gastric and duodenal ulcer IHD obliterating diseases of vessels of the lower extremities of the II-III stage trophic ulcers, nonhealing wounds odontogenic sepsis, purulent-septic complications rheumatoid arthritis burn disease preoperative and postoperative periods (in surgical practice) ureaplasmosis, mycoplasmosis endometritis prostatitis chronic obstructive pulmonary disease pulmonary tuberculosis.

Special instructions

To reduce soreness Derinat is administered intramuscularly slowly, for 1-2 minutes. Immediately before administration, it is recommended to warm the bottle in your hand to body temperature.

Composition

1 ml of the solution contains: Sodium deoxyribonucleate - 15 mg, Sodium chloride - 1.0 mg.

Dosage and administration of

Derinat in the form of a solution for injection is prescribed to adults i / m in an average single dose of 75 mg (5 ml of a 1.5% solution) with an interval of administration of 24-72 hours.

In case of CHD, 10 injections of the drug are prescribed with an interval of 48- 72 hours

In case of stomach and duodenal ulcer 5 injections are prescribed with an interval of 48 hours.

For oncological diseases - 3-10 injections with an interval of 24-72 hours.

In case of uterine myoma and prostatitis - 10 injections with an interval of 24-48 hours .

For tuberculosis - 10-15 injections with an interval of 24-48 hours.

For acute inflammations diseases - 3-5 injections with an interval of 24-72 hours.

In chronic inflammatory diseases - 5 injections with an interval of 24 hours, then 5 injections with an interval of 72 hours.

In children, the multiplicity of intramuscular administration of the drug is the same as adults.

For children under 2 years of age, the drug is prescribed in an average single dose of 7.5 mg (0.5 ml of a 1.5% solution), for children aged 2 to 10 years, a single dose is determined based on 0.5 ml of the drug per year of life.
