The Expand-A-Lung Snorkel Breather is designed to train your breathing function.

It provides training load (resistance) through a special valve on both inhalation and exhalation.

It is the only biphasic trainer available in the world - inspiratory and expiratory - for optimal results.

It is also a one-of-a-kind breathing trainer integrated into the underwater snorkel.

The unique design consists of a drag valve and a special snorkel tube that can be used with the Expand-A-Lung trainer or by itself (for diving).

This simulator is ideal for athletes in water disciplines: swimming, triathlon, diving and freediving, snorkeling.

Pilot studies conducted in the United States in conjunction with the Department of Defense have shown an improvement in snorkeling time by 33% and scuba diving time by 66% (for trained specialized units of the Navy).
