10 g (2 tablespoons) of the fruit is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml. (1 glass) hot boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in boiling water (in a water bath) for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter and wring out. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water. Take 1/3 cup 3-4 times a day before meals. The prepared infusion is stored in a cool place for no more than two days.
