Children from 1 month to 12 years old - inside, in the form of a suspension, 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. To prepare the suspension, 1.5 teaspoons (7.5 ml) of freshly boiled water cooled to room temperature are added to the contents of the Flamin-granules package (1.38 g) and stirred until a homogeneous suspension is obtained. The suspension is shaken before use. The shelf life of the finished suspension is no more than 10 days.
Flamin granules are prescribed for children depending on age:
From 1 month to 1 year - 1 sachet per day;
From 1 to 3 years - 2 packages per day;
From 4 to 5 years old - 3 packages per day;
From 5 to 12 years old - 4 packages per day.
The duration of treatment is 10-40 days.
Repeated courses are possible by agreement with the doctor.

Pharmacological properties
Choleretic agent of plant origin. It has a choleretic, cholekinetic, choleretic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antispasmodic and wound-healing effect. Flamin granules enhance the secretion of bile and increase the content of bilirubin in it, increase the tone of the gallbladder and promote the outflow of bile . They have a relaxing effect on the smooth muscles of the sphincters of the gallbladder and bile ducts, change the viscosity and chemical composition of bile.
By stimulating the secretion of gastric juice and slowing down the evacuation function of the stomach and intestines, Flamin granules contribute to better digestion of food. Activate exocrine pancreatic activity; dilate the blood vessels of the intestine.
By promoting the release of cholesterol with bile, Flamin granules have a cholesterol-lowering effect; have antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria.

OVERDOSE:
In case of an overdose with Flamin granules, dose-dependent side effects may increase. Treatment: symptomatic.
INTERACTION WITH OTHER MEDICINAL PRODUCTS:
Flamin granules increase the activity of metronidazole and aminoquinol in the treatment of giardiasis .
STORAGE CONDITIONS:
