Inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system: osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, rheumatoid arthritis, bursitis, tendosynovitis, sciatica, myalgia, sciatica, bruises and sprains of muscles, tendons and ligaments, edema (symptomatic therapy); pain syndrome (postoperative, post-traumatic pain, pain in bone metastases), renal colic, algomenorrhea.
Solution for injection - acute pain syndrome.
Capsules: inside, after meals, without chewing and drinking enough water, 50-100 mg 2-3 times a day.
Suppositories: rectally, 1 supp. (100 mg) 1-2 times a day.
Gel: topically, apply a small amount of gel in a thin layer to the skin over the inflammation and rub it lightly 2-3 times a day. The duration of treatment should not exceed 14 days without consulting a doctor.
Injections: deep into the muscle, 100 mg 1-2 times a day, usually for several days. After the removal of acute pain syndrome, they switch to the use of capsules or suppositories.
The maximum daily dose is 300 mg.
1 soft gelatin capsule contains ketoprofen 50 mg; in a blister 10 pcs., in a cardboard box 3 blisters.
1 rectal suppository - 100 mg; in a strip 6 pcs., in a cardboard box 2 strips.
100 g of gel - 2.5 g; in tubes of 30 or 50 g, in a cardboard box 1 tube.
1 ampoule with lyophilized powder for preparation of solution for injection - 100 mg, complete with solvent in ampoules; in a cardboard box 6 sets.
Hypersensitivity (including to other NSAIDs), gastrointestinal diseases in the acute phase, severe renal and liver dysfunctions, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, bleeding disorders, hemorrhoids and proctitis (suppositories), pregnancy, breastfeeding, children under 15 years of age ...
