The duration of treatment depends on the duration of the manifestation of the symptoms of the disease.

If the patient's condition does not improve within 3 days after starting treatment, then loratadine is not effective.

< br> Patients with severe chronic renal failure (CC less than 30 ml / min) and with severe hepatic impairment: 5 mg 1 time per day daily or 10 mg 1 time per day every other day.
