Burns, purulent wounds, cuts, cracks in the anus;
pharyngitis, tonsillitis;
inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity (gingivitis, pyorrhea, inflammatory-dystrophic form of periodontal disease) and upper respiratory tract;
as part of the combined therapy of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, gastritis, diseases of the gallbladder and biliary tract.
Place 3 g in a glass or enamel dish, pour in 100 ml (1/2 cup) boiling water, cover and infuse for 30 minutes, then wring out. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought up to 100 ml with boiled water. For rinsing the mouth and pharynx, 1 / 2-1 glass of infusion is used 3-5 times a day in a warm form. Inside take 1-2 tablespoons 2-3 times a day before meals. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.

pharmachologic effect
Herbal remedy. Contains triterpene saponins - AF glycosides; triterpene alcohols - monools, diols, triols; flavonoids including isorhamnetin and quercetin glycosides; hydroxycoumarins, including scopoletin, umbelliferone, esculetin; kartinoids - lutein, cesaxanthin; essential oils - alpha-cadinol, T-cadinol, fatty acids; water-soluble polysaccharides - rhamnoarabinogalactans, arabinogalactans. Has anti-inflammatory effect, reduces capillary permeability. Due to the presence of terpene alkaloids, lactone and flavones, it has antimicrobial activity.
Promotes an increase in the metabolic function of the liver (the composition of bile improves, the concentration of bilirubin and cholesterol decreases), increases secretory and excretory functions, and stimulates reparative processes in the gastrointestinal tract.
Side effect
Possibly: allergic reactions; when taken orally - a feeling of bitterness in the mouth, a burning sensation in the epigastric region, abdominal pain.
Application during pregnancy and lactation
During pregnancy and during breastfeeding, it should be used only after consulting a doctor, in cases where the intended benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus or infant.
Application for violations of liver function
Oral use is contraindicated in calculous cholecystitis.
Application in children
Oral administration is contraindicated in children and adolescents under the age of 18 years.
