To improve the digestion of food in patients with normal gastrointestinal tract function in case of nutritional deficiencies.
Preparation for X-ray and ultrasound examination of the abdominal organs.
Inside, before meals, without chewing and drinking water.
The dose is determined individually depending on the degree of indigestion.
Adults - 1Ц2 table.
If necessary, additionally during meals, take another 1-4 table.
In children, the drug is used as directed by a doctor.
The duration of treatment can vary from several days (if the digestive process is disturbed due to dietary errors) to several months or years (if constant replacement therapy is necessary).

Pharmacological properties:
The drug compensates for the insufficiency of the exocrine function of the pancreas.
The enzymes lipase, amylase and protease, which are part of pancreatin, facilitate the digestion of fats, carbohydrates and proteins, which contributes to their more complete absorption in the small intestine.
Indications for use:

Contraindications :
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug,
acute pancreatitis,
exacerbation of chronic pancreatitis.
Applications and doses:

Adults: 1 - 2 tablets before meals without chewing and drinking water.
If necessary, additionally take 1 to 4 tablets during meals.
In children, the drug is used as directed by a doctor.
The duration of treatment can vary from several days (if the digestive process is disturbed due to dietary errors) to several months or years (if constant replacement therapy is necessary).
Side effect:
Allergic reactions, diarrhea or constipation, nausea, epigastric discomfort. With prolonged use in high doses, it is possible to develop hyperuricosuria, an increase in the level of uric acid in the blood plasma.
In isolated cases, in patients suffering from cystic fibrosis, the formation of strictures in the ileocecal region is observed after taking high doses.
Application during pregnancy:
The safety of using pancreatin during pregnancy has not been studied enough.
Application is possible in cases where the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.
Interaction with other medicinal products:
With the simultaneous use of pancreatin with iron preparations, it is possible to reduce the absorption of the latter. The simultaneous use of antacids containing calcium carbonate and / or magnesium hydroxide can lead to a decrease in the effectiveness of pancreatin.

Film-coated tablets.
