Before use, the mustard plaster package is shaken in a horizontal position to distribute the powder evenly over the cells, immersed in water heated to a temperature of 37C for 15-20 seconds, then applied to the skin with a porous side.

To enhance the effect, the mustard plaster is covered with plastic wrap and pressed tightly to the body with an elastic bandage or bandage.

The duration of the procedure is from 5 to 20 minutes, in children 2, 3, 5 or 10 minutes, depending on the age of the child, the irritant effect and the individual sensitivity of the patient.

If you feel a strong burning sensation, the mustard plaster is removed.

At the end of the procedure, remove the mustard plaster, wipe the skin dry and leave the patient warm for at least 30 minutes.
