• conditions after resection or irradiation of the digestive system, accompanied by impaired digestion of food, flatulence, diarrhea (as part of combination therapy);

• to improve the digestion of food in patients with normal gastrointestinal tract function in case of a violation in the diet, as well as in violation of the chewing function, forced prolonged immobilization, a sedentary lifestyle;

• preparation for X-ray and ultrasound examination of the abdominal organs;

• flatulence, diarrhea of ??non-infectious origin.

Inside for 1-3 tab. 3 times / day during or immediately after meals. Swallow whole, do not chew. The duration of the course of treatment can vary from several days (with difficulty in digestion due to inaccuracies in nutrition) to several months or years (if constant substitution therapy is necessary). Before X-ray examination and ultrasound - 2 tab. 2-3 times / day 2-3 days before the study.

pharmachologic effect

Normoenzyme is a combined enzyme preparation that improves digestion, the action of which is due to the components that make up its composition. It has proteolytic, amylolytic and lipolytic effects. It has a protective membrane that does not dissolve before entering the small intestine, which protects enzymes from the destructive action of gastric juice. The drug compensates for the insufficiency of the function of the pancreas and the biliary function of the liver. Promotes rapid and complete digestion of food, eliminates symptoms arising from digestive disorders (feeling of heaviness and fullness of the stomach, flatulence, diarrhea). Improves the process of food digestion in children; stimulates the secretion of its own enzymes of the pancreas, stomach and small intestine, as well as bile.

The enzymes included in the preparation - amylase, lipase and protease - facilitate the digestion of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, which contributes to their more complete absorption in the small intestine. The components of bile act as choleretic, promote the emulsification of fats, accelerate the digestion of fats, promote the release of lipase by the pancreas, improve the absorption of fats and fat-soluble vitamins A, E, K.

The enzyme hemicellulase breaks down cellulose (an integral part of plant membranes), which also improves digestive processes, reduces fermentation and the formation of gases in the intestines.

Side effect

Rarely, with prolonged use, allergic reactions are possible with increased sensitivity (skin flushing, sneezing, lacrimation), a decrease in the synthesis of its own bile acids, diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain (including intestinal colic). With prolonged use of high doses of the drug, the development of hyperuricemia and hyperuricosuria is possible.

Use with caution during pregnancy.

Application for violations of liver function

Contraindications:

• hepatitis;

Application in children

Contraindicated in children under 3 years of age.

Overdose

Symptoms: hyperuricemia and hyperuricuria.

Treatment: drug withdrawal, symptomatic therapy.

Drug interactions

Reduces the bioavailability of iron preparations. Increases the absorption of drugs - derivatives of paraaminosalicylic acid (PASK), sulfonamides, antibiotics. Cimetidine enhances the effect of the drug.

Antacids containing magnesium ions Mg2 + and / or calcium Ca2 + reduce the effectiveness of the drug.
