- acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the mucous membranes of the nose and nasopharynx, accompanied by dryness of the mucous membranes of the nose;
- conditions after surgery in the nasal cavity (as prescribed by a doctor - in a hospital and on an outpatient basis).
Locally.
For adults, the drug is instilled on the first day, 1-2 drops in each nasal passage at intervals of 1-2 hours, on subsequent days - 1-2 drops in each nasal passage 3-4 times a day; children - 1-2 drops 3-4 times a day or use a cotton swab.
It is possible to use the drug for inhalation, for which 2 ml (50 drops) is instilled into the inhaler. Inhalation is recommended 2-3 times a day.
The duration of treatment is 5-7 days.
Nasal drops in the form of a clear liquid from blue to green-blue, with a menthol-eucalyptus smell.

Excipients: butylhydroxyanisole - 1.2 mg, esters of macrogol and glycerides of apricot oil (labrafil M-1944-CS) - 1 g, vegetable oil - 8.2985 g.

-Children's age (up to 2 years).
pharmachologic effect
Herbal decongestant. It has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.
Side effect
Local reactions: itching, burning sensation, hyperemia and swelling of the nasal mucosa.
Application during pregnancy and lactation
It is possible to use the drug PinosolЃ during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) according to indications.
Application in children
Children over 2 years old are instilled 1-2 drops 3-4 times / day or use a cotton swab.

Overdose
To date, no cases of overdose of the drug Pinosol have been observed.
