Hypersensitivity to piroxicam, acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs, “aspirin” asthma, pregnancy, lactation, childhood (up to 12 years), violation of the integrity of the skin.
Precautions: hepatic porphyria (exacerbation), erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, severe impaired liver and kidney function, chronic heart failure, bronchial asthma, old age, childhood.
Use during pregnancy and lactation
Contraindicated in the third trimester of pregnancy and during lactation.
Composition

piroxicam 0.5 g or 1 g
Excipients
propylene glycol,
ethyl alcohol 95% (ethanol),
carbomer 940 (carboxyvinylpolymer) srindolphenolphenolphenolphenolphenolphenhydrol
purified water.
Dosage and administration
The gel is applied to the skin, depending on the size of the lesion, squeezing a strip of 3 cm long on the skin area in the area of pain.
Distribute in a thin layer and gently rub into an inflamed and painful area of the body.
Gel is applied 3-4 times a day.
Side effects
Local reactions: eczema, contact dermatitis (itching, redness, swelling of the treated skin area, papules, vesicles, peeling).
Systemic reactions: generalized skin rash, allergic reactions (urticaria, angioedema, bronchospastic reactions).
Overdose
Extremely low systemic absorption of the active components of the drug when used externally makes overdose almost impossible.
Storage conditions
In a dry, dark place, at a temperature not exceeding 20 РC.
