Recommendations for use

Just 3 easy steps to a crisp white smile

1. Get ready: brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with water.

2. Perform whitening and rinsing: squeeze a small continuous line of Plus White whitening gel into both sides of the mouthguard and gently insert it into your mouth.

Place the mouthguard over your teeth and bite very gently.

Very little pressure is required to achieve maximum results.

Leave it on for 5 minutes for regular bleaching.

For heavily stained or yellow teeth, wait 15–20 minutes.

After the desired time has passed, remove the mouthguard and rinse your mouth several times with cool water, thoroughly rinsing the remaining gel from the mouth and gums.

Do not swallow the gel.

Rinse the tray thoroughly in warm water and air dry.

Wash your hands with soap and water after the bleaching process.

Wipe off excess gel from your gums or any area other than your teeth.

Do not use more than every 14 days.

3. After rinsing with StainGuard: Mix one part (at least one teaspoon) of concentrated StainGuard Post Rinse with 2 parts water.

Rinse your mouth for 15–20 seconds, then rinse your mouth with water.
