Pharmacological action

Phosphoncial - a combined drug for the treatment of diseases of the liver and biliary tract. Reproduces the clinical and pharmacological effects of the components contained in it - the "essential" phospholipids and the amount of flavolignans (in terms of silibinin) of milk thistle.

Phosphoncial - a hepatoprotective agent that normalizes the metabolism of lipids, proteins and phospholipids, stimulates protein synthesis, activates and protects phospholipid-dependent enzyme systems, improves the functional state of the liver and its detoxification function, helps preserve and restore the structure of hepatocytes and inhibits the formation of connective tissue in the liver.

Indications

As part of complex therapy:

hepatitis (acute and chronic of various origins),

fatty liver of various genesis (diabetes mellitus, chronic infections),

Composition of

Dosage and administration of

For hepatitis of various etiologies, by mouth, 2 capsules 2 to 3 times daily with food, swallowed whole, washed down with plenty of water. The course of treatment is at least 3 months, if necessary, the course of treatment can be continued or repeated. With viral hepatitis (especially with hepatitis B and C), take 2 capsules before or during meals 2 to 3 times a day, the course of treatment can be extended up to 12 months.

For psoriasis (as part of complex therapy) - 1 to 2 capsules 3 times a day, the course of treatment is from 14 to 40 days.

With gestosis (gestosis with a primary lesion of the liver, hepatosis, HELLP - Syndrome) - 2-3 capsules 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment is from 10 to 30 days.

With cirrhosis of the liver, 2 capsules 2 to 3 times a day, the course of treatment is at least 3 months (depending on the severity of the process).

Poisoning, drug intoxication - 2 capsules 2ֳ times a day, treatment up to 30ִ0 days.

For preventive purposes (for example, in people employed in hazardous work, associated with the risk of exposure to ionized radiation), the drug can be used 1 capsule 2 to 3 times a day for 1-3 months.
