PURPOSE

The drug is intended for the preparation on its basis of poisoned food baits for combating rats and mice in the field of medical deratization by a professional contingent.

DESCRIPTION

The product is a liquid water-soluble concentrate colored red or other bright color. The active ingredient brodifacum belongs to the second generation anticoagulants, a lethal dose can be obtained by a rodent as a result of a single ingestion of a bait prepared on its basis.

The death of rats (gray and black) occurs on days 2 - 11, after a single meal of the bait, house mice - on days 6 - 12, after 1 - 3 times of eating the bait.

COMPOSITION

DV: brodifacum 0.25%, bitrex, solvent, dye.

Consumption rates

To prepare a poisoned bait with a content of 0.005% brodifacum (DV), you need to take 20 ml of Raticum concentrate per 1 kg of food base. The bait is laid out at 50-100g from rats or 10-25g from mice.

PRECAUTIONS

Persons at least 18 years of age who have undergone special instructions and do not suffer from blood and liver diseases are allowed to work with the product.

Work with the product should be carried out using personal protective equipment.

When working, you should observe the rules of personal hygiene, do not smoke, do not eat, wash your hands and face with warm water and soap.

After finishing the work, wash gloves, hands, objects in contact with the product thoroughly with warm water and soap.

Decontaminate contaminated overalls by soaking in a soap-soda solution (2.5% soap, 0.5% soda ash) followed by washing.

The liquid concentrate is packed in 1 liter polyethylene bottles.
