Pour 1 teaspoon with 1 cup (200ml) boiling water, heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for at least 45 minutes, drain. Bring the volume of the resulting infusion to 200 ml with boiled water. Adults and children over 14 years old take 1/2 cup 2 times a day with meals in a warm form. Store the finished infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
