Benign lesions of the surface tissues of the cervix:
Cervical ectopia
Transformation zone
Nabotov cysts (after opening)
Polyps of the cervical canal (in the absence of endometrial pathology)
Postoperative granulomas
The drug is intended only for topical use in the area of ??the superficial tissues of the cervix. The procedure should be performed only by a specialist - gynecologist (using a colposcope). During the procedure, only the affected area should be treated, avoiding contact with the solution on the skin of the external genital organs and the vaginal epithelium.
Remove vaginal mucus with a cotton swab. Treatment of the affected area with a 3% solution of acetic acid allows for a clearer visual definition of the boundaries of the lesion.
Soak a small cotton swab wound on a wooden stick with Solkovagin's solution. Treat the affected area.
After 1-2 minutes, repeat the treatment with a fresh cotton swab soaked in Solkovagin's solution. Experience has shown that this double treatment enhances the therapeutic effect.
Solkovagin treatment is carried out on an outpatient basis and does not provide for any restrictions in the adoption of water procedures and the conduct of sexual activity.
Control examinations are carried out according to the scheme: 1 examination - 10 days after the procedure; 2 inspection - 14 days after 1 inspection; 3rd inspection - 14 days after the 2nd inspection. In case of an unsatisfactory result of the examination, it is necessary to carry out a second course of treatment (2 procedures) and carry out regular follow-up examinations according to the above scheme.

Local necrotizing agent.
Pharmacological properties:
The composition of the drug Solkovagin, developed specifically for the treatment of benign lesions of the surface tissues of the cervix, causes the unequal effect of the drug on various types of cervical epithelium. When the drug is applied to the ectopic columnar epithelium (cervical ectopia and transformation zone) and subepithelial stroma (cervical erosion), they are immediately devitalized and fixed in vivo. On the other hand, the multilayer cell structures of the squamous epithelium of the vaginal part of the cervix and vaginal mucosa, which are more resistant to the effects of Solkovagin, remain practically intact. Devitalization and fixation of the pathologically altered tissue occurs within a few minutes and is accompanied by the appearance of a yellowish-white or gray staining of the tissue. This phenomenon cannot be classified as the caustic action of acids, in the usual view, since the devitalized (necrotic) epithelium remains in place in the initial phase and forms a protective layer, which exfoliates after a few days due to the spontaneous growth of new squamous epithelial cells underneath.
