For optimal results, first use a professional activating stick to prepare your teeth and achieve the best whiteness.

Take out the stick, insert the swab into the capsule and squeeze out the gel.

Rub the gel over your teeth and let sit for 30 seconds.

Do not rinse.

Brush your teeth with the professional Supersmile whitening system as recommended and rinse your mouth with water.

Remove the capsule and swab from the packaging.

Tear off the capsule along the blue line.

Place the swab inside the capsule and press lightly to squeeze out the activating gel.
