Inside, regardless of food intake, without chewing, drinking plenty of fluids.
Reception of the drug begins with small doses - 1 / 2-1 table. 2 times a day. In case of insufficient severity of the therapeutic effect, 1 table is prescribed. (2 mg) 3 times a day.
The dosage regimen is individual and depends on the type, stage of the disease and the severity of clinical symptoms. The maximum daily dose is 12 mg. The duration of the therapeutic course is strictly individual.

hypersensitivity to molsidomin and other components of the drug;
severe arterial hypotension (SBP below 100 mm Hg), collapse, cardiogenic shock;
simultaneous use of PDE-5 inhibitors (sildenafil, vardenafil, tadalafil) due to the high risk of arterial hypotension;
toxic pulmonary edema;
lowering central venous pressure;
lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption;
pregnancy;
period of breastfeeding.
With care: suffered a hemorrhagic stroke; cerebral circulation disorders; increased intracranial pressure; recent myocardial infarction before stabilization of hemodynamic parameters; a tendency to hypotonic reactions; liver dysfunction; glaucoma; elderly age.
