Dermatoses of combined etiology, sensitive to GCS therapy, infected with fungal or bacterial flora.
Fungal skin lesions, incl. secondarily infected, accompanied by severe inflammatory or eczema-like symptoms:
mycoses of feet and smooth skin, incl. with localization in the folds, interdigital spaces, the area of ??the external genital organs (including balanoposthitis): microsporia, trichophytosis, rubrophytosis, epidermophytosis;
candidomycosis;
erythrasma.
Travokort is applied in a thin layer to the affected skin and rubbed lightly 2 times / day (morning and night). The maximum duration of treatment is 2 weeks.
Cream for external use, white or slightly yellowish, opaque, homogeneous.

Combined preparation for external use.
Isoconazole is a synthetic imidazole derivative. Has antifungal and antibacterial effect. Acts fungicidal and bactericidal. Suppresses the synthesis of ergosterol of the membranes of fungal cells, causing its death, blocks the synthesis of bacterial proteins. It is active against dermatophytes (Trichophyton spp., Microsporum spp., Epidermophyton spp.), Mold, yeast and yeast-like fungi (Candida spp., Pityrosporum orbiculare / ovale), Corynebacterium minutissium (causative agent of erythomolous bacteria) , Staphylococcus spp.).
Diflucortolone valerate - GCS for external use. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-exudative, anti-allergic and antipruritic effects.
Side effect
Travocort is generally well tolerated, even when applied to sensitive skin.
Rarely: skin irritation and allergic reactions.
Considering that the preparation contains GCS for external use, when the cream is applied on extensive surfaces (more than 10% of the skin surface), for a long time (more than 4 weeks) and / or when using an occlusive dressing, side effects typical for GCS may appear. : skin atrophy, telangiectasia, striae, acne-like dermatitis, perioral dermatitis, hypertrichosis, as well as systemic side effects (suppression of the function of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal system).
Application during pregnancy and lactation
The drug should be prescribed with caution in the II and III trimesters of pregnancy and during lactation. Contraindicated in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Application in children
The drug is prescribed for children aged 2 years and older only on strict indications and under the supervision of a physician. possible development of systemic side effects associated with the action of diflucortolone.

The drug is intended for external use only.
Avoid getting the drug in the eyes and applying to open wounds. In case of accidental contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with warm water.
In patients with rosacea or perioral dermatitis, avoid applying the drug to the skin of the face.

Overdose
