Apply externally. The gel is applied in a thin layer to the affected area 2 times / day in the morning and in the evening, evenly spreading over the skin surface with light rubbing movements until completely absorbed. If necessary, the gel can be applied under bandages or elastic stockings.

The success of drug treatment depends to a large extent on its regular use over a long period of time.

The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks. The need for longer treatment is determined by the attending physician. It is recommended to repeat the course of treatment 2-3 times a year. Recommended to be combined with TroxevasinЃ capsules to enhance the effect.

Combined preparation for external use. The action is due to its constituent ingredients. Troxerutin is an angioprotective agent. It has P-vitamin activity: it has a venotonic, venoprotective, anti-edema, anti-inflammatory, anticoagulant and antioxidant effect. Reduces capillary permeability and fragility, increases their tone. Increases the density of the vascular wall. Promotes the normalization of microcirculation and tissue trophism, reduces congestion. Heparin is a direct-acting anticoagulant, a natural anticoagulant factor in the body. Prevents thrombus formation, activates the fibrinolytic properties of blood, improves local blood flow. It has an anti-inflammatory effect, promotes the regeneration of connective tissue by inhibiting the activity of hyaluronidase.Dexpanthenol - provitamin B5 - is converted in the skin into pantothenic acid, which is part of coenzyme A, which plays an important role in the processes of acetylation and oxidation. Improving metabolic processes, dexpanthenol promotes the regeneration of damaged tissues; improves the absorption of heparin.

Pharmacokinetics

When applied topically, the active substances are rapidly absorbed by the skin. Troxerutin after 30 minutes is found in the dermis, and after 2-5 hours - in the subcutaneous fat. The penetration of troxerutin into the systemic circulation is clinically insignificant. Heparin accumulates in the upper layers and actively binds to skin proteins. When applied externally, a small amount of heparin enters the systemic circulation without exerting a systemic effect, without causing any changes in blood coagulation parameters. Does not penetrate the placental barrier. Dexpanthenol penetrates into all layers of the skin and turns into pantothenic acid, binds to plasma proteins (mainly beta-globulin and albumin). Pantothenic acid is not metabolized in the body and is excreted unchanged.
