Laxative. Softens stool; has a weak stimulating effect on the motility of the small intestine.

Ingestion is not absorbed.
Side effect
With prolonged use - intestinal atony, hypovitaminosis A, E, K. Use during pregnancy and lactation Do not prescribe the drug to pregnant women due to possible reflex stimulation of the uterus.
