Use in addition to your regular oral care routine.

For best results, apply a drop of Whitening Toothpaste and Whitening Accelerator® to a dry toothbrush and brush your teeth in circular motions for two minutes twice a day.

For optimal results, brush your teeth thoroughly after every meal or at least 2 times a day (or as recommended by your dentist).

Teach children under 6 years of age how to brush and rinse (to minimize the amount of toothpaste swallowed).
